Code zero
Also called: Code zéro, code 0, C0, gennaker de près
A very large, fairly flat headsail for light air and reaching.
Between the jib and the gennaker, the code zero is a huge, fairly flat sail on a furler. It is used in light air or with the wind on the beam, where a jib lacks area and a gennaker lacks pointing.
