Boat owner
Also called: Propriétaire, propriété, armateur, owner, ownership
The person or organisation that owns the boat, which does not necessarily race it.
In offshore racing, the owner is often neither the skipper nor the team running the boat: a boat may belong to a private owner, a team, a sponsor or a leasing company, and be rented for a season or a race.
The directory separates the owner, the operating team and the sponsor, with their dates.
