Hydrogenerator
Also called: Hydrogénérateur, hydrogénérateurs, hydro, hydro-générateur, water generator
A small propeller trailing at the stern that makes electricity as the boat moves.
A hydrogenerator works like an underwater wind turbine: the boat's speed spins its propeller, which drives an alternator. It produces a lot as soon as the boat is fast, but adds a little drag and fears hitting floating objects. It is raised when not needed.
