Persico Marine
History
Persico Marine is an Italian boatbuilder founded in 1990 within the Persico Group, an industrial supplier established in 1976 and active in automotive, aerospace and marine sectors. It started by making hulls and keels for America's Cup Class yachts, then specialised in offshore racing sailboats.
The company is based in Nembro, Lombardy, with a second site in Tuscany or Liguria depending on the source.
For the Vendée Globe it has built IMOCAs since 2015: Vento di Sardegna (later No Way Back, then Newrest - Art & Fenêtres), Linked Out (later Vulnerable), Biotherm, Stand As One and Tout commence en Finistère - Armor Lux. It also supplies foils to several monohulls.
Persico Marine also built two AC75s for Luna Rossa used at the 2021 America's Cup, and supplied identical foil arms to every team.
