Official time
Also called: Temps officiel, temps final, temps retenu
Elapsed time with the jury's penalties added and redress taken off.
The official time is the one that counts for the final ranking. The directory computes it from the elapsed time and each jury decision, never entering it by hand, so that every difference stays traceable.
