History
After the Arkéa-Paprec project ended in late 2021, Arkéa and Paprec started a new programme for the 2024 Vendée Globe and signed Yoann Richomme. The plans were entrusted to Antoine Koch and the Finot-Conq office. The hull was started at Multiplast in Vannes in January 2022, in the moulds of Advens 2, with a different deck. The boat was launched in Lorient on 22 February 2023.
In 2023 Richomme sailed double-handed with Yann Eliès: 2nd in the Transat Jacques-Vabre, then won the solo Retour à la Base. In 2024 the boat won The Transat, received new V2 foils in September, then finished 2nd in the 2024-2025 Vendée Globe in 65 days 18 h 10 min, about 23 hours behind the winner.
In 2025 it raced the Fastnet Race, The Ocean Race Europe and the Transat Café L'Or with Corentin Horeau. It was sold to MACSF in December 2025 and relaunched as MACSF on 2 April 2026, with Horeau as skipper.
